Custom Orders and Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Cetacean Research Technology. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are generally not accepted once production, processing, or fulfillment has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving quotes, specifications, measurements, designs, and order details before production begins. Products are created based on the information and approvals provided by the customer. Due to the nature of custom products, including any customization, production, or use, products may not be able to be resold or repurposed for another customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, minor variations in materials, color, finish, texture, or other characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our discretion, products covered under this warranty may be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved based on the nature of the issue.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage to cables, connectors, or other components caused by improper handling or use outside of the intended purpose of the product.
